Overview
Important facts about your b1gMail installation can be found directly after
logging in to the Administration Control Panel (ACP) on the overview page.
Here you can find information about the database b1gMail manages and
you can see hints and notices generated by b1gMail's automatic self test.
Preferences
b1gMail provides many configuration options to meet your requirements.
All preferences are grouped in reasonable sections and can be changed
with a few clicks.
You can change preferences like the project title, domain names,
caching options, signup options, email sending and receiving options,
Anti Spam and Anti Virus settings, Webdisk settings and much more.
You can also manage ads, coupon codes, the FAQ list, individual profile
fields and more.
Users and groups
The ACP contains an extensive user administration which enabled you to
sort, search, view, create, change, lock, unlock and activate users.
Users can be organized in user groups with different features and abilities.
This way you can set different values for e.g. space and traffic for
differen users.
The ACP also features a newsletter function which can be used to send
email newsletters to all your users or users of a certain user group
only.
Tools
Many handy tools help you to manage your b1gMail installation.
You can, for example, optimize b1gMail's MySQL database, manage caches,
identify inactive users and move or delete them, search for online updates and
install them using a few clicks or view detailed statistics regarding
your email service.
Plugins
b1gMail's user and administration areas can be extended by plugins. Plugins can
be installed easily and quickly directly from within the ACP. Our add on project
my.b1gMail.com provides a platform for plugin exchange between our customers
and contains countless plugins, templates and language files which can be
downloaded and installed in no time. Of course you can also develop and offer your own
add ons using our b1gMail Plugin SDK.
